Since the beginning of July the developer accounts have been gradually migrated to a single Dev Center.
This migration is compulsory, you are not asked for your opinion.
I'm going to try to compile here all the little bugs known during this migration and how to fix them if a solution is known.
When we get to the old Dev Center links we're asked to use the new Dev Center common to Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8.
We are kindly welcomed by this page from where the trouble begins.

This is a list of official languages of the European Union.
Here's the answer I got from the support. Do you think it's normal that these require us to change our numbering of apps only for Windows Phone?
Apologies for any confusion. This is not a bug in the system. This new version number format is part of the preparations for Windows 10. Once the store has been fully updated, these version numbers will be hidden from your users anyway. At this time, any updates to your phone apps will require the version numbers to be in this new format.
In app purchase that no longer works
Poppyto just picked up a new bug, and it's published in-purchase news, and it's not visible in the apps.
